X-Ultra Supports SCI Q1 Research Publication
Recently, Professor YANLONG JIA’s research team from Henan University of Medicine published an SCI Q1 research article.
In the Materials and Methods section of the study, the authors clearly documented the imaging equipment used for the mitochondrial membrane potential (JC-1 assay). The methodology specifies that fluorescence imaging was performed using the X-Ultra Automated Fluorescence Imaging System (Shanghai LeiTe Technology Co., Ltd., China).

- Research Focus: Cell function and molecular mechanism studies
In this study, the research team evaluated changes in mitochondrial membrane potential using JC-1 staining. After staining, samples were imaged with an automated inverted fluorescence microscopy system, followed by quantitative analysis based on red and green fluorescence signals.
The automated fluorescence imaging workflow provided technical support for stable data acquisition and consistent quantitative analysis throughout the experiment.

Shanghai LeiTe Technology continues to develop automated microscopy solutions guided by real scientific research needs.
We are honored to see the X-Ultra Automated Fluorescence Imaging System adopted in rigorous, standardized research workflows and documented as part of peer-reviewed scientific literature.
The value of scientific research lies in every detail that is carefully recorded.
Integrate every detail into memory.
